Recently the City passed a new ordinance that permits the use of city
property to be used for keeping certain undomesticated animals.
However, this is in the category of SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS and therefore
must be voted on by our REPRESENTATIVE NATALIA RUDIAK. The new
Ordinance has not been uploaded to the Municode.com site. However,
here is a link that discussed Ordinance 911.04.B. If you go to the
page, you need to scroll half way down the page. Item (6)
discusses the Ordinance in regards to Bees. This has a bias but it
was the only reference that I had found on the internet to the
Ordinance. If you find any other reference, please email me and I
will include it on the site.
